Seattle artist Louise Wackerman began da-a tis out of a desire to find a new outlet for her creativity. Trained and working as an architect, she had a yearning to express herself beyond the computer screens, concrete and steel of the built environment. She was drawn to art on a smaller scale, including three-dimensional collage, photography and sewing projects. Giving pillows as gifts to family and friends, Louise quickly developed a reputation for having a unique ability to create the perfect design.
